III: What We Believe

It started in Alabama and is now well-connected nationally. Although different in geography, we are one nation under God. There were key leaders who drove this forward.  A few have since joined others in the heavens above. But many remain. We are of all ages, colors, genders, academic training, professions, and religious preferences. It has been a deliberate process to agree how best we might serve our neighbor. It is very clear that we must now construct a unified system to make a collective impact for Civility and Servant Leadership.

Our Shared Vision:

To Celebrate and Restore Faith in America and its Humanity.

Our Mission Covenant:

To Serve Our Nation as a National Community of Practice through the advancement of Civility and Servant Leadership by creating a unified system to make a collective impact.

Our Moral Precepts:

To influence leader thought and behavior by...

  • Developing & cherishing trusted relationships

  • Encouraging & inspiring fellow servant leaders

  • Growing in Faith-driven practices and services

  • Listening & understanding with compassion

  • Boldly leading with empathy and kindness

  • Wisely discerning how best to lead self and others

  • Being transparent & accountable stewards

Advancing Civility and Servant Leadership is not for the weak. What we believe is that by joining forces through a unified system that we can contribute to America's wellbeing. We believe this. We hope that you will show up, speak up, and sign up to become a part of
