You are being submerged into an old-fashioned world

of excellence with a new-fashioned laser-focus on Servant Leadership and Civility!

We may spell it differently! But it is pronounced the same old-fashioned way. It means the

same old thing – but with a servant leadership twist…

… The X represents the “Ex in the word Excellence”…

The SL represents the words “Servant Leadership”…

The N represents the word “and”… The C represents “Civility.”

So, what do we have here? XSLNC … the new-fashioned way!

​

In few words but with a huge heart in serving others, we wish to share our very best with

you. We love the pursuit of excellence. It drives us each day, in each relationship, each

culture, and each opportunity to grow to be all you can be as we walk behind you - you first

the old-fashioned way!!!

For this is about YOU BEFORE US…

“UB4US” ! Yes, you before us!!!

​

In return, we get better and feel better about who we are and what we are doing with our life

journey as servant leaders in serving you. There is an equal exchange here -- - we learn from

you, and you learn from us.

Our XSLNC Blueprint for Excellence will share our hearts with you and what we have done these past five years and who we are and why we have come together for Servant Leadership and Civility. It offers a combination of science, storytelling, inclusiveness, personal experience, passion, networking, and specific objectives framed as a 2017 to 2020 pursuit of excellence for us together.
